Our very own Conor Hubble won't get a great deal of recovery time following the Gulls last match at the season at Wingate and Finchley, as the following day he will be swapping boots for trainers and pounding the streets of the capital for a very good cause.
April 27th is the day of the London Marathon, and Conor will be lining up with thousands of others at the start line in Greenwich Park, and then running twenty six miles to help local charity. Farleigh Hospice, a charity which provides free of charge care to people affected by life limiting illness and bereavement across Mid Essex.
Conor is hoping to raise two thousand pounds for the charity, and we're sure he'd be delighted if you could help. His fundraising link is below please give generously.
Well done Conor - we hope you manage a personal best and meet your fundraising target. Please bring your medal to the Presentation night the following Friday.
