
Canvey Island travel to Oaklands Park to tackle Chichester City on Saturday in another vital Isthmian Premier League Match. Recent results have seen the Gulls drop to second from bottom in the Standings, now seven points from safety after surrendering a two goal lead against Cray Valley PM on Saturday.
Chichester sit in 12th place after a 2-2 draw against Aveley on Monday night. Chi conceded an Injury time equalizer in the match.

Supporters driving to the match need to park in the car park next to the ground (Northgate Car Park).
Directions from Chichester Station on foot:
Come out of the main entrance of Chichester Station, walk towards The Foundry pub, then turn left along the pavement until you reach a pedestrian crossing. Once crossed, continue round the corner and straight into South Street.
After about a 5 minute walk, you should see the Market cross at the end of South Street, go straight across into North Street. Keep walking straight up North Street, keeping to the pavement on the right hand side.
When you get to the end of North Street, with the houses of Franklin Place on your right, look straight ahead and you will see the steps to the underpass tunnel that goes under the A286 road.
Walk down the steps and through the tunnel, when you come out, walk up the steps to the right, and walk on the pavement that follows along the A286 road.
After a few minutes walk, you will see an exit from the road turning left, follow that road on the right hand pavement, past the Chichester Racquets and fitness club, swapping now to the left hand pavement for safety.
Follow the road round between the tennis courts, and you will the Oaklands Park car park and turnstiles.
Directions along the A27 from Brighton:
Follow the signs along the A27 until you reach the Portfield roundabout, move over to the right hand lanes, once in them choose the left hand lane.
Go right round the roundabout staying in the left hand lane, you will see a McDonalds on your right as you past. At the end of the road turn left onto Westhampnett Road, keep going straight, passing the Lidl store on the right.
Continue straight on Westhampnett Road, straight over the mini roundabout on to the next roundabout, where you turn right onto Spitalfields Lane.
Follow Spitalfields Lane, past St Richards Hospital and will arrive at the A286 roundabout. Go around the roundabout, move into the left hand lane, follow the A286 down to the Northgate roundabout.
Stay in the right hand lane, you will pass the Fire Station and St Paul’s Church, continue round and Northgate car park is the second turning on left.
