Canvey Island see out their busy February with another trip to London, traveling to Corinthian Casuals in the Isthmian League Premier.

Casuals have endured a tough league campaign thus far, their stuttering form seeing them sitting last in the table at the time of writing, 9 points from safety.
Their last result saw them defeated 3-2 on the road at Folkestone Invicta on Saturday, coming up just short after scoring twice in injury time.

The Gulls last match meanwhile, saw them exit the Essex Senior Cup at the Quarter Final stage on Tuesday, crashing out on penalties after a battling display against higher ranked opposition in Concord Rangers.
Results in the league midweek saw them maintain their 5th placed place in the table, a slot their bolstered after last Saturday's impressive 3-0 win at home against Enfield Town.

This will just our 3rd competitive meeting with Corinthian Casuals, the two sides meeting this season for the first time since 1995.
The reverse fixture at the Moviestarr Stadium saw the Canvey secure a 2-1 win, Bradley Sach and Evans Kouassi with the goals on the day. Charlie Edwards also featured for the opposition that afternoon, shortly before joining the Gulls himself.

With 11 games remaining in the Isthmian League season, the stakes will be high for the Gulls as they seek the vital points nreded to get them over the line and into a second successive playoff bout.

The support for the side both at home and on the road has been incredible this season, with crowds of 600+ at home in the last 2 league fixtures, and 900+ through the gate for Tuesdays derby. The squad and management team are truly grateful for the Yellow Armys continued backing.
