Revised COVID-19 Restrictions

Following the latest Government guidance, the club have introduced new COVID-19 regulations effective as of Thursday 24th September. These build on current restrictions but go further to protect our staff, volunteers, and customers.

Our Risk Assessment has been updated and can be downloaded below.

The following policies still apply:

• Please observe the one-way system as indicated around the ground and clubhouse.
• Groups of no more than 6 allowed to congregate anywhere in the ground.
• Designated seating to be used indicated by stickers.
• Track and Trace system using either EVEpass or by providing contact name and number at the turnstiles or in the bar on non-match days.
• There is no standing in the bar area, everyone must be seated.

Additional policies from Thursday 24th September

• The clubhouse will only have table service for drinks there will be no service at the bar
• Orders to be given to a member of staff from your table and when ready drinks will be returned to your table where payment will be taken. This applies to tables both inside and outside the clubhouse. Anybody not at a table will not be able to order drinks.
• The tea bar and burger bar will run as normal. Please maintain social distancing when queueing at these facilities.
• When in the clubhouse if not seated at a table (e.g. entering and exiting the clubhouse or walking to and from the toilet), a face covering is mandatory no matter for how short a time unless there is a genuine exemption as per government guidelines. Anybody not abiding by these new rules will not be served and asked to leave the clubhouse.
• Customers can use the NHS COVID-19 app by scanning the dedicated QR posters displayed around the premises. If this is not possible then we will continue to accept EVEpass and manual contact name and number process. Anybody refusing to use any of these methods will not be allowed to enter the stadium or clubhouse.
