Played 5 lost 5,very disappointing but it’s happened before and I am not proud of it.
3 of the opposing managers said we should have got something out of the game.
We haven’t been good enough up front in hold up play and creating chances and it has meant defensively we are having more to do.
The players are working hard and I feel for them because they need a lift.
We have had 6 players missing which would hurt any team, 4 with long term injuries so it doesn’t make our team stronger but we must get on with it and try to win.
The main thing I’m hearing is some supporters are unhappy with my selection of goalkeeper Lewis Greene ahead of Bobby Mason but that’s the beauty of football that everyone has an opinion and normally they are different but I can only say is that my selections are honest and with the best intentions.
Players and staff really appreciate the support we get and we are desperate to give you reward for that but at the moment we are wounded and we must run around even more to deserve some luck in play or decisions etc.
We would appreciate you sticking with us and helping us.
