Goalkeeper Lamar Johnson made his international debut for St Lucia overnight, keeping a clean sheet in their 1-0 win at home to Dominican Republic in the CONCACAF Nations League.

Antonio Joseph scored the only goal of the game on 38 minutes to seal victory for St Lucia at the Darren Sammy Cricket Ground - their first in this year's competition.
