We are pleased to confirm that the Gulls will travel to face Heybridge Swifts in pre-season, to continue their 2026/27 preparations on Tuesday 21st July, with kick-off scheduled for 7:45pm at Scraley Road.

The fixture provides another important test for the squad ahead of the new campaign, as preparations continue to build during pre-season. Supporters making the short trip will be able to see the Gulls in action against familiar non-league opposition under the lights at Scraley Road.

Heybridge Swifts endured a difficult 2025/26 campaign in the Isthmian North Division, with the club suffering relegation to the Essex Senior League following a challenging season at Step 4. The Swifts battled throughout the campaign but were unable to pull clear of the bottom places as relegation was confirmed during the closing stages of the season.
