Sammy Knott is raising money for the charity Meningitis Now by holding a charity night in the clubhouse in November before running the London Marathon in April.

The charity is one that is close to Sammy's heart having suffered from meningococcal meningitis when he was four years old. Meningitis Now's vision is a future where no one in the UK loses their life to meningitis and everyone affected gets the support they need to get treated & rebuild their lives.

As well as raising money for this great cause, Sammy is also hoping to raise awareness of this disease which has signs and symptoms that a lot of people don’t know about.

On Saturday 9th November a charity night will take place in the clubhouse with tickets priced at £10.00 each. For tickets please speak to Sammy at a match or get in touch with him on 07977 709048.
