23 year old Parish began his football career as a youth player with Brentford before being released. After a brief stint with Concord Rangers, Parish went on to play for first Thamesmead Town, before then joining Ashford United, where he scored 19 goals in 17 appearances.

It was at Maldon & Tiptree however where Parish enjoyed his best spell to date, scoring an incredible 30 goals in 36 appearances in the 19/20 season. This form earned him a move to then National League new boys Wealdstone.

After a short stint at the Stones due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Parish then spent time with National League South side Welling United before joining recent Isthmian South East champions Hastings United in February of this year.
